I was looking for pics of my bridesmaids' dresses just now and the photos got me all reminiscing about my wedding day, which was so awesome, y'all. Some of you may not have seen these; here are a few shots from that day...

Today is our second wedding anniversary.

Brian had me totally believing that we were going to order pizza (free; we have saved up 10 Pizza Orgasmica magnets!) and watch "Heroes" tonight. I was very cool with this as I love their pizza and we planned to have special dinner later in the week.

I believed this story all the way up until the moment I walked in the door tonight, thinking he was still at work, and said hi to the cats, walked into the kitchen, and saw my husband standing there in an *apron*, COOKING something on the stove!!!!!!

So, even though he brought me a bouquet of tulips and had lunch with me today, he actually never did go to work. He worked from home, came downtown for lunch, and headed back home after errands to prepare to cook a fancy dinner for me. He MARINATED things!!

A+ HUSBAND!

Oh and we just exchanged gifts. The second anniversary gift is "cotton." I got him three polo shirts and a canvas belt. He got me a black SF Giants hoodie which fits perfectly. SO HAPPY!

And I was genuinely surprised. I didn't suspect a thing! Nice work, baby.

Tomorrow night we are going to see Blonde Redhead after work and I will be rockin my new hoodie, aw yeah.

Details on the meal later. It involves chicken, rice, and for dessert, "fancy chocolate" and vanilla ice cream.
